Submit up to two prints mounted matted and framed for selection. The identifying label to be placed on the back in the upper right corner. Prints must be in the f/32 bubble bags. Frame size: Maximum 16 X 20 or 320 square inches no exceptions. Prints for this show as always are not to be commercial looking. This is an arts center but the work should not be so Artsy as to offend kids, or more specifically the kid's parents. Print delivery: Bring your mounted matted & framed prints, ready for hanging, to the July 9, 2008 meeting. If you have extenuating circumstances (the dog ate your work) you may bring the work to the Beaverdam Rd. Firehouse July 24, 2008 between11:00 am and 12 noon. No prints will be accepted after 12 noon. Print review and initial selection: July 24, 2008 Beaverdam Road Firehouse 12:00 noon to no later than 2:00 pm. Print delivery to Black Mountain: July 29, 2008, 9:45 AM Show Set up (by f/32 & BMAC staff) and final selection by BMAC staff: July 29, 2008 10: 00AM Show opening: Friday, August 1, 2008 Show break down: Tentatively August 30-31. A more specific date will be provided shortly. You are responsible for picking up your own work or arranging with a friend to pick it up for you.
